All HONOS orders are made‑to‑order and fulfilled from our partner facility in China. This keeps quality consistent and waste low—we only produce what’s needed.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide to most destinations supported by our carriers, including Canada and the United States.

How long will my order take?

Estimates exclude weekends/holidays. Remote areas and peak seasons may add time.

How much is shipping?
  • Canada: Free shipping over $100 CAD. Orders under $100—rates shown at checkout.
  • USA & International: Carrier‑calculated rates shown at checkout.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
  • Canada: Because orders ship from China, import duties/taxes may be collected by the carrier upon delivery per local rules.
  • USA: Many orders under the de minimis threshold typically clear duty‑free; local/state taxes may apply.
  • International: Import duties, VAT/GST, and fees (if any) are collected by the carrier according to your country’s regulations.
Do you provide tracking?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one parcel. You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can edit or cancel within 12 hours of ordering if production has not started. Email support@honoslifestyle.com with your order number.
